Returns & Exchanges

At Custom Controllerzz, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, simply email us at support@customcontrollerzz.com or call us at 800-214-4342 within 30 days of delivery. Please let us know if you'd like an exchange or a refund and explain what's wrong with the controller. Note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been abused or damaged. However, if the item is returned in its original packaging, we're happy to exchange the controller or provide a full refund for all other products.

Receiving a controller with incorrect parts

At Custom Controllerzz, we're committed to ensuring that you receive the controller you ordered. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect controller or a controller missing specifically ordered parts, please contact us immediately by emailing sales@customcontrollerzz.com within 30 days of receiving your controller. In your email to customer support, please provide a detailed description of what is incorrect with the controller and include your original order number. Once you've contacted us, you can either send the controller back to our office for a replacement or keep the controller and receive a refund for the missing parts. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and will work with you to quickly resolve any issues.

 Receiving a damaged or defective controller

If you receive a controller that is not working properly, please contact our customer support team at sales@customcontrollerzz.com within 30 days of receiving your controller. Please be sure to include the first and last name on the order and your order number. The item can either be exchanged for a properly working controller or refunded. The original sales receipt must accompany returns, and the controller must be returned in its original packaging. Please provide a brief description of the issue with the controller in your email.

 Restocking Fee of Returned Controllers & Cancelled Orders

If you wish to return a controller that you have purchased, we offer a 30-day return policy for all controllers except those customized in our "Build Your Own" section. If you decide to return a controller that was customized in the "Build Your Own" section, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Please note that controllers that show signs of accidental or physical damage cannot be returned under any circumstances. Restocking fees are necessary for customized controllers, as they are hand-built and may contain unique parts that cannot be re-used. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team and provide your order number and reason for return.

 Shipping Charges for Returns

If you need to return a controller for repair or exchange due to incorrect parts or a defective controller, Custom Controllerzz will cover the shipping charges by either refunding your shipping expenses or providing a prepaid shipping label. Please provide a receipt for shipping charges to receive a refund. However, if we "Custom Controllerzz" are not at fault, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

 Refund Method

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Once we receive your returned controller and ensure that it meets our standards, we will promptly issue a refund to your original payment method on file.
